- Sometimes hotels give us free room upgrades. If they do, we will give them to your family for free!
- You must pay the remaining money five days before your trip starts, or we might have to cancel the plan.
- During big holidays like Diwali, prices go up. We will tell you if flight or hotel prices jump suddenly.
- Please speak nicely to our drivers. We do not accept bad language or anger during the trip.
- Our Volvo buses leave Delhi on a fixed time. If your family is late, the bus will leave without you.
Money Back Rules
- To stop or cancel the trip, you must send an email to info@wellcometohimalya.in.
- The very first token money you pay is never given back. But sometimes, we can change the travel dates if you ask early.
- If you cancel just ten days before the Kullu Manali Family Tour Package starts, you will lose 100% of the money.
- If you cancel twenty days before leaving, we will keep 50% of your total package cost.
- If you cancel thirty days before the trip, we only cut a small 25% fee from your deposit.
- We cannot give money back if you decide not to eat your hotel food or skip a taxi ride because the kids are tired.
- If the government stops all travel completely, your money is safe. We will keep it as a credit, and your family can travel anytime next year.
